Current as of 07/07/2022
This is one of the restrictions put on us for this years event. In the past we were allowed to park POV’s at the field as long as they were SUV’s or Trucks… meaning not cars. Unfortunately this year, we are NOT allowed to park any players vehicles on site. We are being given permission to park a select amount of vehicles belonging to Game Control staff, Shuttle & Vendors only.
All vehicles, regardless of type will be REQUIRED to park their vehicles at the 1st Reconnaissance Battalion – 1st Marine Division Headquarters located on corner of Stuart Mesa Rd & El Camino Real South.
We have been give permission to park RV’s and Campers there for those of you that want to ‘Glamp’. There will be NO HOOK UPS or Facilities available, so prepare accordingly. If you plan to ‘camp’ in your vehicle, this is were it will be done.
Please keep in mind that the Military Police will probably be coming by from time to time so again, be respectful and aware of where you are.
ALL VEHICLES FOR ALL PLAYERS regardless of whether you are staying on base the entire event or planning to book a hotel room… are required to park here.
We will be providing a ‘shuttle’ service for players and gear.
Players with a truck or SUV WILL be allowed to make drops at R131 with gear and personnel, but you will need to drop off your load and then head back to the parking area. You WILL NOT be allowed to park on site. So pack all your gear and carpool as many men as possible into your vehicle and make the drive to R131 and drop off
