Bio BB's

Post by Priest » Sun Mar 29, 2015 2:14 pm

I have a quick question. Does anyone know of a bio tracer BB other than Excel? And if so, is there anything other than .20?

I got a couple of bags of the Excel bio .20's and they will do the job in short range CQB fights. But it'd be nice to have atleast a .25 for all around use.

I have been looking for .25 bio tracers for YEARS. Other than some sketchy overseas sites from unheard-of suppliers - nothing....

I believe G&G and Bioval both have bio tracers in .20.

I heard Bioval used to make a .25 bio tracer, but never heard why they stopped. I did email G&G a few years ago about making heavy bio tracers, but never heard back.

Well that's unfortunate about nothing over .25, but thanks for the response.

I've been searching everywhere for heavier ones with no luck. I guess these will have to do then. I mostly plan to use them indoors anyways, so they should be fine. I was just hoping for something to use outdoors for range and accuracy ofcourse.

no limit persay, but if you want to run .20 tracers go for it, just retune your hop-up for the night game.
myself, I run a custom built hopup tracer unit with 3 (4000ml)ultraviolet led's, got lucky many years ago with some .25 bio's tracers out of china, and still have some left

How do the games run? And how many bb's should a person bring?

Saturday is usually split up into 3 parts breaking for lunch and dinner. Then Sunday is basically about 5 hours or so with no scheduled breaks. The amount of bb's you'll need depends on your style of play. Also keep in mind there is a good mix of outdoor and CQB semi only area.

I plan to take about 10,000-15,000 bb's just incase I have a teammate that forgets his or an accident happens and I get a bag knocked over or somehing along that lines. I'll probably only use 3,000-4,500 though.

what is the fps limit?. I usually play at a cqb place and it is only 350 so if it is higher I want to order a new spring and stuff to make sure I am competitive

It's usually 366 fps with .25's. I'm not sure if there will be a change.

Correct, also there will be Joule measurements for P* (I just don't recall the numbers off hand)
