When is says ROTC in the description, does it mean high school units or college units?

Both, as long as you have proof of ROTC or JROTC (ages 14+) with proof from your CO at school via e mail to jlu@olcmss.com

Stupid question, if I have been offered a ROTC scholarship and have accepted it, does that count?
