War torn Hesperistan has seen powers come and go in the past four years. First there was War Lord Miller, then there was War Lord Longgrear; the people of Hesperia are tired of war and long for days where simple comfort such as running water and electricity should not be considered a form of luxury.

The people of Hesperistan saw hope in the newly arrive militia group under the leadership of War Lord Dobroff.

War Lord Dobroff promised the people prosperity, peace, and free trade in Opium. War Lord Dobroff, who fought in the Russo-Afghan campaign in the late 70's and early 80's, empathized with the people and transformed his combat experience into the art of doing clandestine 'business'.

Hesperistan, once again, is the hub of Central Asia's drug and weapons trafficking.

War Lord Dobroff also partnered with the twin brother of the deceased General Disarray, General Llama, who cleverly plays both sides of the coin in his native Tibet. Bordering Hesperistan, General Llama collaborates with War Lord Dobroff on his lucrative agricultural shipments while providing invaluable airstrips for UN Forces.

Caught in the political seesaw are US Army Rangers, led by COL (ret) Danny McKnight and Army 10th Mt. Division led by 1SG (ret) Matt Eversmann (Black Hawk Down). These two units are on a war game exercise in the high desert region, yet unaware of the potential explosive situation.

Which side will prevail?
