It is the ATTENDEE's responsibility to read all updates in the OLCMSS forums.

Membership Fee:

  • $200 for non-alumni
  • $175 for alumni of past OLCMSS series three-day Ops such as Lion Claws, Hac Bao, Irene, Northern Wind, Northern Light, Night Scorpion, Red Storm, Lightning Strike, Bull Dog, etc.

Ensure you select the appropriate Registration Type on the registration form to get the proper discount!

Immediate full payment is required. In short, until your payment is in, your NAME IS NOT ON THE LIST.

Last day for D.O.R. (Drop On Request) is March 20th, 2013. If you DOR you will be refunded your membership fee minus a $40 processing fee. No refunds after March 20th, 2013!

All minors MUST submit a Parental Consent Form in addition to having an adult OLCMSS series alumni vouching for you as well as being accompanied by a PLAYING Parent or Guardian (One Adult to One Minor). All minors must be 15 or older.

Minors must be at least 15 years of age and had been playing Airsoft for at least 18 months. Alumni Vouching Required on all minors. If parent is not an alumni a parent cannot vouch for a minor!

Membership fee covers:

  • Right to participate in Lightning Strike annual members only airsoft event: full day on April 6th and half day on April 7th
  • Photo and autograph opportunity with event VIP's
  • Event commemorative patch
  • Event commemorative swag
  • Door Prize ticket for Sunday drawing

All applications are subject to review and screening. We reserve the right to REJECT any application from anyone deemed unfit to be a part of this event.

No private camcorders allowed (other than helmet cams) while at the AO. Simply no private taping allowed.

Only participants are allowed at the AO, enforced by game staff.

  • Uniform: Russian Camo or US BDU (Woodland), MARPAT or ATACS (green based)

  • Federal Army CO MSG Mullen
  • Uniform: DCU (3 Color), DESPAT (Marine Desert), Multicam

Leadership Role Request: OLCMSS series is a Mil-Sim with a military style command structure. By requesting to be a leader, i.e., Squad Leader, you hereby agree to take on responsibilities for a 8-10 trooper squad. As a Squad Leader, YOU , not the Safety Officers, but YOU , are responsible for the safety and conduct of those under your command. YOU will be responsible for Squad Chrono. YOU will be responsible to maintain DISCIPLINE, HONOR and UNITY in your squad. YOU must maintain unit communication with other squads and follow orders given by your commanding officers. There are no bad troopers, only bad leaders!

Photo Release
We occasionally use photos of our Members in promotional material. By attending the event, you agree to allow us the use of your likeness, name, voice, photograph, signature, logo or trademark in such material. You are entering this event with the full knowledge of having your event activities documented by visual media and that you give the event management and production crew permission to use your image and likeness in a video/DVD documentary. Should this event be picked up by network television, 'featured' members will be reimbursed the entire entry fee.

Indemnification
Member assumes responsibility and agrees to indemnify and defend Best of USA Marketing, event sponsors, event VIPs, fellow event Participants, event venue management and ownership, and their respective employees and agents against any claims or expenses arising out of the use of the event premises.

The Member understands that neither Best of USA Marketing, event venue management/ownership, nor event sponsors maintain insurance covering the Member's property and it is the sole responsibility of Members to obtain such insurance. While security personnel may be available generally for the purpose of safeguarding the general public at the event, Members are solely responsible for the safekeeping of their own property while attending the event during and after event hours.

The Member participates in this event with the full knowledge that Airsoft may cause bodily harm, serious injuries, loss of limbs and death. The Member therefore assumes the responsibility to indemnify, defend and hold Best of USA Marketing, event sponsors, event VIPs, and fellow event Participants, event venue management/ownership and their respective employees harmless against any claims arising from any loss suffered by the Member. Members with pre-existing medical conditions are required to specify the condition in the application form notes section. Members with prior heart problems, asthma, and/or any other medical conditions that would prevent the Member from strenuous activities should not take part in this event.

All Members are expected to and shall conduct themselves in a professional and courteous manner. Any Members who, in the opinion of Best of USA Marketing and event sponsors, fails to conduct themselves in such a manner may be asked to leave the event at any time without any right to a refund of fees, either in whole or in part. Without limiting the generality of the above, the possession of any firearm or weapon at the event without the express prior written permission of Best of USA Marketing shall result in immediate expulsion. Alcoholic beverages and illegal drugs are also prohibited, and illegal drugs shall also result in immediate expulsion. In order to uphold these provisions, the Member agrees to permit reasonable inspection of their wares by a duly authorized agent of Best of USA Marketing. The Member indemnifies and holds Best of USA Marketing, event sponsors, event VIPs, fellow Members and event venue management/ownership harmless for any losses caused by a breach of these conditions.
